Our Sensitive Formula

Sensitivity starts with cassava.

Snow is our Sensitive Formula. Cassava is a 100% natural, 100% plant based ingredient with high elasticity. It helps each granule hold together instead of breaking into fine particles, giving Snow a measured dust rate below 0.09% and almost no visible dust around the tray.

Below 0.09% Measured dust rate
01#BREATHABLE

A light lemon scent keeps the space fresh, without artificial fragrance or a cloud of dust around the tray.

02#BIODEGRADABLE

Made from cassava, a renewable plant material that breaks down naturally over time, leaving less behind.

03#FLUSHABLE

Snow breaks apart in water, allowing one small clump at a time to be flushed where local wastewater rules and household plumbing permit.

A cat rests beside a 2.5kg box of Snow on a bed of fine white litter. Snow is designed for sensitive cats and allergy-prone cat parents. Why cat owners choose Snow: plant-based, suitable for kittens and sensitive households, with a dust rate under 0.09 per cent. A cat steps past a box of Snow standing in white litter against a dark, star-flecked background. Close-up of Snow's 2 to 3mm granules, sized for fast absorption, strong clumping and smooth scooping. Round, solid clumps of Snow on a green background. Cassava starch clumps tightly, using up to 30 per cent less litter. A clump of Snow lifted whole on a metal scoop. A multi-enzyme formula with baking soda gives over 99.2 per cent odour control. Snow poured from the box into a tray with almost no visible cloud, at a dust rate under 0.09 per cent. Dust comparison showing Snow below 0.09 per cent airborne dust against 0.50 to 1.20 per cent for other litter, followed by instructions for opening the box and pouring.

Product details

Snow - Cassava Cat Litter

Built around pure cassava, Snow delivers fast absorption, firm clumping and a measured dust rate below 0.09%.

Baking soda supports odour control without relying on synthetic fragrance. A cleaner, calmer experience follows around the tray.

RANKED FOURTH IN THE WORLD

In The List 2026, published by World’s Best Cat Litters, Snow was ranked fourth in the world and named the highest placed cassava cat litter on the list.

It received perfect scores for dust, odour control, and sustainability.

PURE CASSAVA, SUPPORTED BY BAKING SODA

Cassava provides fast absorption and firm clumping. Baking soda supports odour control at the source.

No chemical binders, harsh additives or synthetic fragrance.

FINE AS SAND

Snow granules measure 2 to 3 mm. Their fine, sandy texture feels familiar beneath the paws, helping most cats accept Snow without a difficult transition. The texture suits kittens as well as adult cats.

Each granule remains firm enough to form a hard clump that lifts cleanly on the scoop, rather than falling through it.

ULTRA LOW DUST, MEASURED

Snow has a measured dust rate below 0.09%, less than half the threshold for ultra low dust.

Under matched pouring conditions, common cat litters recorded dust rates between 0.50% and 1.20%. Every Snow granule is sized, shaped, and tested for flow. BASF dust binding technology holds fine particles to the granule surface, keeping them out of the air when the box opens and while your cat digs.

ODOUR, MET AT THE SOURCE

Baking soda absorbs odour while an enzyme breaks down ammonia and the organic compounds behind it. Smells are addressed beneath the surface rather than covered with synthetic perfume.

In testing, Snow achieved odour control above 99.2%. The light scent in the tray comes from natural lemon.

CASSAVA CLUMPS THAT HOLD

Cassava starch absorbs liquid and sets within seconds. Each clump lifts in one piece, without shattering or leaving residue across the base of the tray.

Because the clump remains compact, less clean litter leaves with it. Across a full tray, this can mean up to 30% less litter used.

HOW TO USE SNOW

Pour Snow to a depth of 6 to 8 cm. Scoop thoroughly each day and top up the tray when needed.

For normal use, replace all the litter every 3 to 4 weeks. Thorough daily scooping may extend this period, depending on the number of cats and the condition of the tray.

FLUSHABLE AND BIODEGRADABLE

Snow is plant based and biodegradable. It breaks apart in water and may be flushed one small clump at a time only where local wastewater rules and household plumbing allow.

Never flush a full tray. If local rules prohibit flushing cat litter, place used Snow in general waste. Do not add used cat litter to ordinary garden compost.

IF YOU ARE SWITCHING CAT LITTER

Cats notice texture before anything else. Begin with a shallow layer of Snow over the litter your cat already uses. Gradually increase the proportion of Snow over one to two weeks.
