1. Where We Ship
We currently offer standard checkout delivery within Australia to:
- Victoria (VIC)
- New South Wales (NSW)
- Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
- Queensland (QLD)
- South Australia (SA)
Free shipping applies to orders of $50 or more delivered to these areas.
Western Australia (WA), the Northern Territory (NT), and Tasmania (TAS) are excluded from free shipping and are not available at standard checkout rates. If you are located in one of these regions and would like to order, please email us at info@petabite.com.au with your address and intended order size, and we will provide a custom freight quote.
Remote and regional postcodes: Even within the states we ship to, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the delivery address falls in a remote or regional area that is uneconomical or impractical to service. If your order is cancelled for this reason, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund, including any shipping paid, within 3 business days. We will also do our best to help you find an alternative.
International shipping may be available on request. Please email us at info@petabite.com.au with your country, city, and intended order size, and we will confirm whether shipping is available and provide a quote.
2. Processing Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods, promotional events, or product launches, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Pre-orders: Products available for pre-order will ship on or after the estimated date shown on the product page or at checkout. See our Terms of Service (Section 5) for full pre-order terms.
3. Shipping Rates
Orders under $50 are charged a $9.95 flat rate to VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and SA. Orders of $50 or more ship free to these areas. WA, NT and TAS are excluded from free shipping and require a custom freight quote.

The $50 free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts have been applied. Subscription orders follow the same shipping rates as one-time orders. The exact shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
4. Carriers and Delivery Times
We ship using Australia Post and selected courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
